CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Airgun Broker is committed to assisting customers as much as possible and has therefore adopted a flexible cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on Airgun Broker?
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

  • If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, we will refund the full amount.

If the cancellation occurs after the product has shipped:

  • If you have received the product, it is eligible for replacement only if defects are found and reported to the customer service team at the time of delivery.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed in the same payment method used and will be completed within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation.

Return Policy:
For products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. We will help guide you in this process.

If you believe you have received a damaged or tampered product, please refuse to accept the package and return it with the delivery person. WhatsApp our customer service team at +49 178 4876044or email us at sales@airgunbroker.net with your Order ID. We will ensure a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that the product’s original tag and packaging are intact when returning it.

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Any product with physical damage to the box or product.

  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories (retail box, manuals, accessories, etc.).

  • Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number (e.g., products with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers).

  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
